Iran finished fourth in the 2014 Asian Para Games, also known as the Second Asian Para Games, with 120 medals, including 37 gold, 52.
The 2014 Asian Para Games were held at Incheon, South Korea, from October 18-24. The games feature around 5,000 athletes competing across 23 sports.
