On Wednesday, Zarif arrived in Abu Dhabi to hold talks with the UAE officials on the international, regional and bilateral developments.
During his day-long visit, Zarif met with the country’s President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahayan, Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.
Zarif also submitted the message of President Hassan Rouhani to his UAE counterpart inviting him to visit Iran in near future.
