Bolivian parliament speaker, heads of Uganda foreign policy and security commissions, two representatives from Zimbabwe parliament, two representatives from the Philippines parliament, head of Venezuela defense committee and member of Tajikistan parliament foreign relations committee are among people who are going to visit Syria to supervise Syria's presidential elections.
Head of Iran's foreign policy and national security commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi accompanied by seven other members of parliament (Majlis) are going to Syria, too.
During the second meeting of heads of foreign policy commissions of parliaments of countries known as friends of Syria, Syrian parliament Speaker Mohammad Jihad al-Lahham invited the participants to visit Syria.

Tehran, June 2, IRNA – Representatives of parliaments of seven countries, who attended the meeting of heads of foreign policy commissions of parliaments of countries known as friends of Syria will visit Damascus in order to supervise elections in Syria.
